Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Fort Worth is seeking caring caregivers to provide non-medical support in clients' homes across the Fort Worth area. You will offer companionship, light housekeeping, meal reminders, and coordinate with families to ensure comfort and safety.

We provide 50% Next Day Pay, flexible schedules, paid orientation, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for CNA school partnerships. Full-time and part-time positions are available, prioritizing work-life balance and compassionate

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Driver's license, active car insurance, and car preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Job description

Requirements
