Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Fort Worth is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical in-home support, companionship, and light assistance with daily tasks. You will work with clients across Fort Worth and surrounding counties, delivering reliable, client-centered care in home settings.

We offer flexible scheduling, paid orientation and ongoing training, and opportunities for full-time or part-time roles.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Driver's License, Active Car Insurance, and car preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
