Senior Helpers – Lincoln, NE is now hiring Caregivers for all shifts. This role provides hands-on support to seniors, ensuring their independence and quality of life. Pay starts at $16 per hour and includes opportunities for training and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.

• Ability to read, write, and speak English at an average adult level.
• Punctual, dependable, and committed to high-quality care.

Responsibilities

What a Caregiver Does

As a Senior Helpers Caregiver, you provide hands‑on support that helps clients maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. Responsibilities may include:

• Building meaningful relationships through conversation and companionship
• Participating in clients’ favorite activities and hobbies
• Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
• Assisting with walking, dressing, bathing, and daily personal care
• Observing and reporting changes in clients’ physical condition, mood, or behavior
• Documenting care provided and communicating updates with the care team
