Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support in Carbon County, PA. Earn up to $13.50/hr plus extra rewards in our caregiver rewards program, with flexibility to accommodate full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts.

As a caregiver, you will bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes, help with daily activities, and ensure safe, clean living spaces. Travel within a 25-mile radius is required, and reliable transportation is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work in Lehighton and other areas within Carbon County, PA.
• Available to work Monday–Saturday, 9am–4pm.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals); stand/walk frequently; assist mobility.
• Help with bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Provide medication reminders and encourage healthy routines; escalate safety concerns.
• Respect client personalities and preferences while maintaining professionalism.
• Be a friendly face and a steady presence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routinesCommunicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed
• Respecting diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.
