Job Summary
The Child Caregiver is responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children in their care. This position supports children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development through structured activities, positive interactions, and attentive supervision. The Child Caregiver helps maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment while promoting healthy development and ensuring compliance with applicable policies and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be able to read, write, and understand verbal and written communication.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • CPR and First Aid certification or the ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds or more and perform physical activities associated with childcare.
  • Strong communication, patience, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for working with young children in a diverse and inclusive environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a licensed child care setting preferred.
  • Experience implementing age-appropriate educational and developmental activities.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
