Job summary

Loving Hands Homecare Agency LLC is seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers to provide exceptional support to clients in their homes in W. Lansing by Horrocks. You will assist with daily activities while helping individuals maintain dignity, independence and quality of life.

We are hiring part-time or full-time caregivers to staff various shifts. Hours include Tue/Thu 8 am–4 pm and Mon–Fri 4 pm–12 am, with one weekend shift every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or in-home care is preferred.
• Must be able to work one shift every other weekend.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work one-on-one with clients, providing compassionate support.
• Willingness to follow health and safety standards at all times.
• Hoyer lift experience or training is a plus.
• Catheterization experience or training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance and help with daily activities.
• Remind clients to take prescribed medications and assist with ambulation.
• Support mobility around the home and accompany to appointments.
• Assist with meals and basic physical therapy exercises as needed.
• Handle shopping or accompany clients for errands.
• Perform housekeeping duties and report incidents.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Offer daily living activities and careful meal assistance.

Caregiver

We’re looking for a compassionate and dependable Caregivers to provide exceptional support to our clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll assist with daily activities while helping individuals maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Currently hiring part-time or full-time caregivers to work in W. Lansing by Horrocks.

Hours looking to staff are:

Tues Thurs 8 am to 4 pm

Mon thru Fri 4 pm to 12 am

Must be able to work 1 shift every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance for clients or those recovering from surgeries, injuries or accidents by attending to their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing and eating
• Remindclients to take prescribed medication and assist clients with ambulation
• Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.)
• Assist with personal care and hygiene, plan and prepare meals and help with physical therapy exercises
• Complete client’s shopping or accompany them to successfully do so
• Perform housekeeping duties and report any unusual incidents
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
• Offer activities that are essential for daily living by assisting clients with their meals, including serving and other tasks, if necessary

Qualifications

• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every single day
• Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
• Must be able to work one shift every other weekend
• Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards

• Straight catheterization experience or willing/capable of training
