Job summary

New Perspective is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide daily quality care to residents, engaging activities, and meals, helping them live life on purpose. Training is provided with opportunities to advance to Med Passer, Lead, CNA or STNA.

Shifts include 12-hour, 6:30am–6:30pm, with a mix of full-time, part-time, or PRN roles. Benefits include referral bonuses, flexible scheduling, education assistance up to $5,000 per year, and supportive leadership in an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary-- training will be provided
• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently
• Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language
• Personal Care Assistant (PCA) experience preferred
• Med Passer and/or Lead experience preferred
• CNA or STNA preferred

• Provide physical fitness, brain fitness, and social/spiritual enrichment activities
• Observe residents and report to nursing any changes in physical, mental, and emotional condition
• Record proper medical and health documentation per established procedures
• Cook, serve, and feed meals to provide an engaging dining experience
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of equipment and living areas
• Promote teamwork, laughter, and happiness every day
