CareLinx by Sharecare is seeking an in-home caregiver in Lakeside, CA to provide compassionate, non-clinical support in client homes. You will set your availability in the CareLinx app and get matched to clients who fit your schedule and goals.

Onboarding pairs you with the CarePartner team to align client needs with your availability. The role emphasizes reliability, dignity, and privacy while you build a consistent schedule through the platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience or relevant education/certification.
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app for scheduling and documentation.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Reliable transportation to/from client homes.
• Must pass a background check.
• State-specific trainings or TB testing may apply.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing, grooming, dressing, reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping.
• Complete and document care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to the CareLinx clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Communicate updates with CarePartner for case changes.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• OFFER additional shift opportunities based on client needs (transportation, hospital discharge escort, telehealth navigation).

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Core responsibilities for all caregivers:

Assistclients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping

Complete and document all care tasks accurately in theCareLinxmobile appduringeach shift

Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or self-care abilities to theCareLinxclinical team

Submit timesheets on time through theCareLinxapp

Communicate with your CarePartnerregardingany case updates or client changes

Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment

Maintain client confidentiality at all times

Additionalshift opportunities (based on client needs):

Transportation and errand support

Hospital discharge escort — safelyaccompanyingmembers home after discharge

Telehealth navigation — helping members connect with virtual doctor visits

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required qualifications:

Minimum 6 months ofcaregiving experience, OR relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent)

Accessto a smartphone capable of running theCareLinxapp (requiredfor scheduling, documentation, and timesheets)

Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)

Reliable transportation to and from client homes

Must pass a background check

Program-specific requirements (may apply depending on assignment):

Completion of program-specific training prior to accepting shifts

Medical clearance such as TB test, physical exam, or drug screening

Valid driver's license and MVR check if accepting driving shifts

Additionaldocumentation may berequiredbased on state law or client contract
