Job summary

Hireology in Kentucky is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to support clients at home. You will remind clients to take medications, assist with mobility, personal care, and therapy exercises, and help with shopping and light housekeeping to maintain daily living activities.

You will collect health information from caregivers and clinicians, report incidents, and respond rapidly in emergencies, while upholding strict health and safety standards and maintaining excellent communication with

Qualifications

• Previous caregiver experience preferred but not required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
• Knowledge of housekeeping and cooking with dietary awareness.
• Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner.
• Outstanding communication, time management and interpersonal skills.
• Physical endurance to complete required tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
