Position: Full‑time Caregiver (6 am – 2 pm, 4 days a week)

Location: Eden Vista Rock Run, Joliet, Illinois. Our community is an industry‑leading, assisted living and memory care facility designed to create a safe and stimulating environment for all residents, including those with dementia. The open‑concept layout encourages resident engagement in daily community life.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and other activities of daily living.
• Follow the resident schedule set by the supervisor.
• Offer emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily assistance logs.
• Inform the supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.
• Respect and encourage the independence and dignity of residents.
• Maintain residents’ confidentiality.
• Be familiar with emergency equipment and procedures.
• Attend all required training, in‑service sessions, and staff meetings.
• Maintain a safe working environment by preventing accidents, preserving equipment, and upholding safe practices.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co‑workers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
