Job summary

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking caregiver professionals to provide one-on-one in-home care in Independence. You will build real relationships with clients, bring compassion, reliability, and heart to every shift, and become part of a caring team.

We offer weekly pay ($17–$20/hour), flexible scheduling, health/dental/vision, PTO, and a 401(k). Join a local office team that answers the phone and supports you every step of the way.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
