Job summary

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring caregivers in Independence, MO to provide compassionate in-home care. You’ll build real relationships with clients, bring reliability and heart to every shift, and help maintain comfort in familiar surroundings.

We offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and an emphasis on clear communication. CNA certification is a plus but not required; 18+ and reliable transportation are essential.
