Job summary

Phoenix Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one care in client homes, building real relationships with the people you help and bringing empathy, reliability, and heart to every shift.

We offer reliable hours, flexible scheduling, weekly pay at $17–$20 per hour, plus health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k). Our local office team answers the phone and supports you every step of the way.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation required to travel to client homes.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude are essential.
• CNA certification a plus, but not required.
