Job summary

Sevita is seeking a caregiver to empower individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings. Earn $15.00 per hour while delivering person-centered supports that promote independence and meaningful daily activities.

You will help with daily living tasks, support behavioral needs, and foster community participation. Sevita emphasizes learning, development, and a stable, supportive workplace for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and time-management skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and activities of daily living.
• Support participants with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
• Encourage participation in community activities and real-life goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
