Job summary

Home Instead, Inc. is seeking compassionate caregivers in Honolulu, Hawaii, to provide companionship, light housekeeping, meals, and daily living support. Roles include medication reminders, errands, and transportation to appointments, with a focus on dementia care.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available in downtown Honolulu and surrounding areas. Training is provided. Competitive wages and a supportive work environment are offered to eligible applicants with weekend availability

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills required.
• Weekend availability required.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance (if applicable).
• Compliance with state regulations and related checks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social interaction.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Give medication reminders and run errands.
• Provide transportation to appointments as needed.
• Assist with activities of daily living and Alzheimer's/Dementia care.
