Companions & Homemakers is hiring for multiple service areas across Connecticut. Flexible schedules include weekdays, weekends, overnights, and live-in shifts. Earn a competitive hourly rate with benefits and referral bonuses.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, transportation, light housekeeping, and companionship. Valid driver's license and background check are required. Experience in caregiving is a plus.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Open availability preferred.
• Experience as a Caregiver, HHA, CNA, PCA, or Companion is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide non-medical home care following each client's individualized Plan of Care.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and grocery shopping.
• Assist with dressing, bathing, mobility, and incontinence care.
• Be a steady, caring presence — offering companionship and emotional support.
• Document care and provide reminders as directed.
