Holding Hands Home Care seeks compassionate caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care for clients in Milwaukee County and surrounding areas. The role involves personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, transportation, and around-the-clock support in clients' private residences.

We offer full-time and part-time positions with competitive pay and benefits, including overtime where applicable and a support-driven work environment.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Negative TB Skin Test required before orientation.
• Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience required.

About the Role

Holding Hands Home Care provides seniors in Milwaukee and Waukesha counties with home care services. Our family of local caregivers makes it possible for seniors to live happily in their own home. We believe seniors should have the ability to age happily and comfortably in their own home. At Holding Hands Home Care we seek compassionate caregivers to provide exceptional care in our clients’ homes. We only hire reliable caregivers that we can trust enough to care for our own parents. Requirements & Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid Driver’s License (required)
• High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
• Negative TB Skin Test (required before orientation)
• 2 years of caregiving experience (required)
• Reliable automotive (auto) transportation

Work Schedule

• Day shift
• Night shift
• Overnight shift
• Weekends as needed
• Holidays
• Flexible scheduling (minimum 3‑hour shift)

Job Type

Full‑time and Part‑time positions available.

Pay & Benefits

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience, training, certifications). Pay includes overtime and mileage (when applicable).
