Job summary

Right at Home Milwaukee County is seeking experienced caregivers who are dependable and kind to provide one-on-one care in clients' homes, making a personal difference every day.

Pay range is $16-20 per hour. We offer weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, hiring and referral bonuses, plus hands-on training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Personal or professional caregiving experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
• Willing to commute within Milwaukee County.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services to seniors, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Engage with seniors in conversation, hobbies, and other social activities.
• Assist with mobility and transfer needs.
• Assist with nighttime routines such as preparing for bed, personal care, and providing occasional incontinence care.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in the client's condition.
• Maintain a calm environment to make sure clients get the restful sleep they need.
• Respond to any client needs or emergencies that may occur.
