Job summary

Right at Home York is seeking caring caregivers to support seniors in Glen Rock, PA and surrounding areas. The role emphasizes companionship, non-medical assistance, and reliable, compassionate service in a one-on-one setting.

Positions offer competitive pay, paid travel time, and ongoing training. You will assist with daily activities, reminders, errands, and mobility support, while maintaining dignity and safety for clients in a home environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+
• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs
• Able to read, write, and speak English
• Valid Driver's License, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
• Must pass background check & drug screening
• CNA/HHA/PCA preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and non-medical support
• Offer medication reminders
• Run errands & transport clients to appointments
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Help with meal prep, grocery shopping, and light housekeeping
• Support mobility (walking, transfers)
