Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Batavia, IL, Geneva, IL, St. Charles and North Aurora is seeking caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical care, companionship, homemaker services and transportation to clients of all ages.

You will join a team that values caring for others and family-like collaboration, with roles across multiple shifts and times. We offer paid orientation and ongoing training, time-and-a-half for overtime and holidays, flexible scheduling, employee recognition and referral programs, and

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship, homemaker services, personal care and transportation
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients', their care team, as well as office staff
