Job summary

Mosaicms in Fullerton, CA is seeking a caring Caregiver to support residents in daily living activities and promote dignity and joy.

You will provide hands-on care, monitor comfort, document observations, and collaborate with a compassionate team to ensure high-quality resident care, with flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred; healthcare or long-term care valued.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Patience, empathy and genuine desire to support seniors.
• Knowledge of assisted living, memory care, and related regulations preferred.
• Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals, snacks, hydration, and feeding as needed.
• Support residents with ambulation, positioning, and range-of-motion activities.
• Monitor residents’ comfort levels and address needs and concerns.
• Monitor and record vital signs, weight, and fluid intake/output.
• Report changes to the Caregiver Coordinator or Executive Director.
• Document all care and observations in Mosaic policies and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor residents’ comfort levels and promptly address needs and concerns.
• Health Monitoring & Documentation
• Monitor and record vital signs, weight, and fluid intake/output accurately.
• Report any changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or cognitive status to the Caregiver Coordinator or Executive Director.
• Document all care, observations, and resident interactions in compliance with Mosaic policies and regulatory requirements.
