Job summary

Sevita is seeking a caregiver in Fairfax, VA to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily lives and in community activities. You’ll assist with personal hygiene, help participants pursue goals, and build meaningful relationships in a supportive, mission-driven setting.

Paid at $17/hour with full benefits for full-time staff, you’ll contribute to a stable, rewarding career while collaborating with supervisors who care about your wellbeing and professional growth.

What You’ll Bring To Sevita

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management

• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
