Job summary

Gateway Adult Residential Care is hiring caregivers for two 12-hour shifts in Eugene, Oregon. Earn a starting wage from the 15.55 to 21.50 per hour range, with built-in overtime and 42 hours of paid time off per year. Enjoy a $1000 sign-on bonus, education reimbursement, and opportunities for advancement.

We offer front or back half-week options, paid holidays time-and-a-half, and employer-provided health insurance eligibility. On-the-job training is provided with no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• Agree to work (3) 12-hour shifts and (1) 6-hour shift a week - that's 3 1/2 days of work, then 3 1/2 days off
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Obtain and keep current First Aid and Food Handlers Card.
• Maintain the required annual training hours.
• Show passion and enthusiasm for the mission of Gateway Adult Residential Care and its clients.

Do you want a good work/life balance? Enjoy 3 ½ days off and work 3 ½ days, totaling 42 hours a week with 2 hours of built-in overtime!

Starting wage:

$15.55 up to $21.50 per hour DOE

Additional Perks:

• $2.00 per hour NOC shift differential
• $1.25 campus differential (McKenzie Living Eugene, McKenzie Living Springfield, and the Specific Need Division at Gateway Living)
