Job summary

Arcadia Home Care & Staffing is hiring Personal Care Aides to provide in-home care for elderly and disabled clients, helping them live safely and comfortably.

Duties include assisting with personal care, light housekeeping, meals, and medication reminders. Flexible full- and part-time hours are available, with paid training and insurance options to support caregivers.

Qualifications

• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation and ability to shift.
• Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care for elderly and disabled clients, helping them live safely and comfortably.
• Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Home support (light housekeeping, vacuuming, dusting, washing dishes, laundry).
• Preparing and serving meals; medication reminders.
