Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking compassionate weekend caregivers to support seniors in their own homes in Encinitas, CA. If you enjoy helping others on weekend shifts, this role offers meaningful, flexible hours and the chance to make a real difference.

You’ll provide personal care, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and companionship, with specialized support for Alzheimer’s or dementia. CNA/HHA preferred; HCA registration assistance available; TB clearance required within 90 days of

Cornerstone Caregiving is looking for compassionate, reliable caregivers to join our team for weekend shifts. Whether you are a night owl or a morning person, we have seniors in our community who need your help to stay safe and comfortable in their own homes.

The Shifts:

• Weekend Days: Help with morning routines, meal prep, and companionship.




• Weekend Nights: Provide peace of mind and safety for clients who need overnight assistance.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).




• Assist with daily living (light housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders).




• Offer companionship and specialized support for those with Alzheimer’s or dementia.




• Be a hero to a senior in need.

Requirements:

• CNA/HHA: Preferred, but not required! We value heart and experience.




• HCA Registered: Already have your Home Care Aide (HCA) number? Great! If not, we can help you through the process of obtaining it.




• TB Clearance: Must have a clearance from within the last 90 days or be willing to obtain one within 7 days of hire.
