Job summary

Independent Home Health is seeking caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical care in clients' homes across the surrounding communities. You will help individuals stay safe, comfortable and independent, building meaningful relationships.

No professional caregiving experience is required; we welcome reliable, patient people who enjoy helping others. The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities based on available cases in the area.

Qualifications

Independent Home Health is hiring dependable, compassionate Caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical care to individuals in their homes throughout the surrounding communities.

You'll have the opportunity to build a relationship with the person you're supporting and help them remain safe, comfortable and independent at home.

Pay

• $15/hour - Waiver cases
• $16 to $17/hour - VA and Private Pay cases

What You'll Do

Depending on the needs of the individual you're supporting, you may:

• Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming
• Help with mobility and everyday activities
• Prepare meals

What We're Looking For

You must:

• Be 18 years of age or older

Previous caregiving experience is welcome, but it is not required.

Experience as a caregiver, direct care worker, personal care aide, home health aide, PCA, HHA or CNA is a plus.
