Job summary

The Cottages is a small, home-like senior care community in Nampa, Idaho seeking compassionate caregivers to love and support residents daily.

We provide industry-leading training, opportunities for advancement, and benefits including health insurance, PTO, vision and dental coverage, and a 401k match. This full-time night shift offers meaningful work and a chance to grow with our team.

Qualifications

• Care and compassion for seniors and a sincere desire to help others.
• Ability to take direction, follow rules exactly, be proactive and thoughtful.
• Successful completion of a Criminal History check.
• Pass the post-offer drug test.
• Be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Be 17 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Hygiene and Grooming Assistance (bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Med Administration / Med Tech duties.
• Monitoring/Safety supervision.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping.
• Ambulation/Mobility assistance.
• Laundry.
• Joyful companionship.
