Job summary

CareBuilders at Home is seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers to provide daily living assistance and companionship in clients' homes across Minnesota. The role emphasizes dignity, comfort, and respectful interaction with seniors.

You will support personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and transportation when needed, while reporting changes to supervisors and maintaining safety and trust in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiver experience with seniors preferred.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Physical ability to assist with mobility and tasks; valid driver’s license if required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior; ensure a safe, comfortable environment.
