Arcadia Home Care & Staffing is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to support seniors and individuals with disabilities in their own homes. You

will help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent through personal care, light housekeeping, and companionship. This position offers weekly pay, flexible hours, and training; prior experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Must be compassionate and dependable.
• Able to pass a background check.
• TB test completed or willing to take TB test.
• Reliable transportation preferred, but not required.
• Public transportation acceptable if reliable for client visits.
• Positive attitude and desire to help others.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: bathing, dressing, mobility assistance.
• Home Support: light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation.

What You'll Do

As a caregiver, you'll help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes by providing:

• Personal Care
  • Bathing assistance
  • Dressing and grooming
  • Mobility and safety support

  • Laundry assistance
  • Meal preparation
• Companionship
  • Friendly conversation and emotional support
  • Helping clients stay engaged and connected
• Community Assistance (for select clients)
  • Accompanying clients on errands
  • Grocery shopping assistance
  • Transportation to appointments when applicable
