CareLinxby Sharecare is seeking experienced caregivers to provide non-clinical, in-home care to health plan members and private clients in the Dobson, NC area. This part-time, 1099 contractor role lets you set your own schedule via the CareLinx app and work with a dedicated CarePartner team to find suitable matches.

The responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, documenting tasks in the app, reporting changes to the clinical team, and maintaining client privacy and dignity while delivering

Competenze

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience, OR relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent).
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app (required for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets).
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply).
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
• Must pass a background check.
• Completion of program-specific training prior to accepting shifts.
• Medical clearance such as TB test, physical exam, or drug screening.
• Valid driver's license and MVR check if accepting driving shifts.
• Additional documentation may be required based on state law or client contract.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
