Job summary

Senior Helpers is seeking kind, patient caregivers for light, non-medical home care around Charlottesville, Staunton, Swoope, and Waynesboro. Duties include light personal care, meal prep, nutrition-focused cooking, and running errands to support clients staying independent at home.

We provide training and one-on-one client introductions, with emphasis on building compassionate caregiver-client relationships and a meaningful daily impact.

Responsibilities

• Have fun and engaging conversations with your clients to build relationships
• Participate in your clients’ favorite hobbies (scrapbooking, gardening, games, etc.)
• Prep meals for your clients to enjoy
• Assist your clients with walking, dressing, and other daily activities of living
• Report what activities were completed with your clients and provide updates on your clients’ physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior

We are seeking a kindhearted, patient and thoughtful individual. Very light personal caregiving case in Charlottesville, staunton,swoope, waynesboro. Along with light dressing and shower support the companion caregiving activities include maintaining a beautiful and very organized home. A refined cooking ability with nutrition focus would create a strong bond. Running errands together are needed.

Senior Helpers caregivers provide one-on-one personal care to help our clients remain safe and independent in their home.
