Job summary

Right at Home is hiring Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and Personal Care Assistants to provide compassionate in-home care to seniors and adults with disabilities.

Our Caregivers help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. Responsibilities include personal care, meals, meds, light housekeeping, and companionship.

We offer weekly pay, paid training and development, mileage reimbursement, and a supportive leadership team with PTO for qualifying staff.

Qualifications

• Caregivers with valid driver\'s license and current auto insurance.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• CNA, HHA, or PCA certification preferred.
• Must pass a background check.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Personal care, bathing, showering, and dressing.
• Meal and snack preparation.
• Medication reminders.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Transportation/accompaniment to appointments and errands.
• Dementia and Alzheimer\'s care.
• Mobility and transfer assistance.
• Companionship and recreational activities.
• Helping clients maintain independence and quality of life.
