Job summary

Freedom Village at Brandywine is currently hiring for Full-Time and Part-Time Caregivers to support our Personal Care Home. Pay starts at $16.50 per hour with shift differentials for nights, evenings and weekends, and DailyPay is available.

We require Direct Care Competency training or provide the opportunity to take the course. If you have a high school diploma or equivalent, you can start building a rewarding career serving older adults in a compassionate team environment.

Qualifications

• Must complete Direct Care Competency training or enroll in the course if not certified.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and criminal background screening.
• Willingness to learn and follow health and safety standards.

We are seeking Caregivers for our Personal Care Home. We require all caregivers to complete the Direct Care Competency training and provide a copy of their certificate at time of hire. If you are not certified, we will provide you the opportunity to take and complete the course.
