Job summary

Senior Helpers of Central Mississippi in Jackson and Clinton areas is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to support seniors in their own homes. This role emphasizes independence, empathy, and a commitment to easing daily living for clients.

As a part-time, non-exempt caregiver, you will perform personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, and meal prep, while building meaningful relationships with clients and their families. Competitive pay and training opportunities available.

Essential Functions:

• Delivering Exceptional Care to the Client in Their Home**
• Complete All Daily Tasks in a Safe and Professional Manner (ADLs) **
• Supply Personal Companionship, Remaining Actively Engaged with Each Client and Their Families
• Assist with Personal Care Activities Including Personal Hygiene, Mobility Assistance, Incontinence Care, Light Housekeeping, Feeding, and Meal Preparation
• Administrative Functions Such As Documentation of Completion of Tasks and Reporting Changes in the Client's Physical Condition, Mental Capability, or Behavior
