Senior Helpers in the Jackson and Clinton areas is seeking compassionate, dependable in-home caregivers to support seniors and individuals in need in their own homes. You will provide essential care, safety, and comfort, improving quality of life and offering peace of mind to clients and their families.

This part-time, non-exempt role emphasizes autonomy and task variety, with opportunities for training through CareAcademy and access to caregiver supports.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work in Jackson/Clinton area.
• Ability to perform ADLs and provide personal care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-home care to clients in their homes.
• Complete daily tasks safely and professionally (ADLs).
• Provide personal companionship and engage with clients and their families.
• Assist with personal care activities including hygiene, mobility, incontinence care, light housekeeping, and meal prep.
• Document completion of tasks and report changes in client condition.

Essential Functions:

• Delivering Exceptional Care to the Client in Their Home
• Complete All Daily Tasks in a Safe and Professional Manner (ADLs)
• Supply Personal Companionship, Remaining Actively Engaged with Each Client and Their Families
• Assist with Personal Care Activities Including Personal Hygiene, Mobility Assistance, Incontinence Care, Light Housekeeping, Feeding, and Meal Preparation
• Administrative Functions Such As Documentation of Completion of Tasks and Reporting Changes in the Client’s Physical Condition, Mental Capability, or Behavior
