Job description

JOB SUMMARY:

Working as a Caregiver in our Memory Care Community, you will maintain the highest quality of care by ensuring our residents' needs are met while providing supportive companionship.

Sapphire will provide the training and resources to keep our Caregivers engaged and retain top-quality skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist residents in their daily living activities
• Participate in life-enriching activities as indicated on individual profiles
• Provide emotional support and encouragement to perform necessary tasks
• Maintain patient confidentiality
• Assist with serving resident meals
• Complete required documentation timely and accurately
• Foster a supportive, compassionate environment for residents and their families
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions
• Perform other duties as assigned
