Job summary

One Stop Recruiting is seeking a Caregiver in Cincinnati, OH to support residents with daily care needs and activities of daily living. New graduates and experienced caregivers are encouraged to apply and grow with our senior care community.

This full-time role offers a 3-day work week, day or night shifts, competitive pay $19–$25 per hour, health insurance, PTO, STO, a productivity bonus, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, optimistic and willing to learn.
• Experience with residents or caregiving roles is beneficial.
• Caregiver certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow individualized resident care plans.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing.
• Assist with feeding.
• Help serve and clean up after meals.
• Support residents with daily activities.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and co-workers.

Overview: Our senior care community in Cincinnati is seeking a Caregiver to support residents with daily care needs and activities of daily living. New graduates and experienced caregivers are both encouraged to apply.

Position Offers:

• Schedule: Full-time, 3-day work week, flexible scheduling
  • Day shift: 7 AM–7 PM
  • Night shift: 7 PM–7 AM
• Competitive pay: $19–25 per hour (DOE)
