Job summary

Comfort Keepers is hiring day shift caregivers to support clients in Kent Island and Chester, MD. You will help seniors stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes with companionship and practical care.

We offer competitive pay of $16.00–$17.00 per hour, biweekly pay, mileage reimbursement where applicable, and benefits like health, dental, and vision insurance. Paid training and 24/7 office support are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• CPR certification is required to perform in-home care tasks.
• High school diploma or GED is required; CNA/GNA is a plus.
• 1 year of caregiving experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities to support independence at home.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with meal prep and medication reminders.
• Light housekeeping and laundry as needed.
• Communicate client needs to the office and coordinate with caregivers.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Comfort Keepers caregiver, you'll help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with daily living activities

• Preparing meals and providing medication reminders
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Helping clients maintain their daily routines
• Communicating client needs and concerns to the office

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license

• Ability to pass a background check
• At Least 1 Year Of Caregiving Experience Preferred
