Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is hiring compassionate caregivers to deliver in-home support across Charleston and surrounding areas. You will provide companionship, assist with daily tasks, and help clients maintain independence in their own homes.

We offer competitive pay from $17 to $25+ per hour, weekly and quarterly bonuses, next-day pay, direct deposit, paid orientation and ongoing training, and flexible schedules with mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to the client's non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
