Job summary

Caring for Others is hiring caregivers to provide one-on-one, compassionate in-home care to seniors in Salem and surrounding areas. You will offer companionship, assist with meals, light housekeeping, and errands, while ensuring safety and dignity.

A focus on personalized, patient-centered care is central to the role. The position supports clients with mobility and daily living activities, including Alzheimer’s/dementia care, with options for day, evening, or overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• 18+ with a valid license and reliable, insured transportation
• Background check must be passed
• Willing to visit and support multiple Clients as needed
• Caregiving, CNA, DSP, DSW, bilingual, or senior care experience is a plus, not required

Responsibilities

Requirements

You're a great fit if you:

• Are 18+ with a valid license and reliable, insured transportation
• Can pass a background check

• Have Caregiving, CNA, DSP, DSW, bilingual, or senior care experience (a plus, not required)
