Job summary

Caring for Others in Florence, OR is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide one-on-one support to seniors in their homes. You’ll help with daily routines while building trust and comfort for clients.

You’ll offer companionship, meals, light housekeeping, errands, and personal care, including support for clients with Alzheimer’s. Paid training and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• 18+ with a valid license and reliable, insured transportation.
• Pass a background check.
• Experience in caregiving or elder support is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, meals, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Assist with personal care and mobility.

Requirements

You're a great fit if you:

• Are 18+ with a valid license and reliable, insured transportation
• Can pass a background check
• Visit and support multiple Clients as needed
• Have Caregiving, CNA, DSP, DSW, bilingual, or senior care experience (a plus, not required)
• Ability to work some or all the following: Day Shifts, Evening, NOC or Overnight Shifts, Weekend Shifts

We are hiring for multiple caregiver opportunities, including Day, Evening, Night (NOC), and Overnight shifts, as well as Weekend, Bilingual, CNA, and Lead Caregiver roles. Caregivers are based out of Eugene, Springfield, Corvallis, Springfield, Albany, Oakridge, Veneta, Florence, Roseburg, Sutherlin, Junction City, Mapleton, Sweet Home, Brownsville and Cottage Grove.
