Job summary

Right at Home Folsom Lake in California is seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers to support seniors and adults with disabilities in Orangevale and surrounding communities. You will provide companionship, personal care, and transport support, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for additional hours.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional.
• Capable of providing personal care.
• Strong communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• At least 18 years old.
• Able to pass required background screening.
• Must obtain and maintain California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration before client assignment.
• Caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Current HCA registration or CNA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and personal care.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and transfers.
• Prepare meals and provide light housekeeping.
• Provide dementia and Alzheimer's support.
• Assist with transportation, errands, and appointments.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Observe and report changes in client condition.

• $19–$21/hour based on experience, certifications, availability, shift type, and client assignment

You’ll have the support of a responsive local office while building meaningful one-on-one relationships with the clients you serve.
