Lifesteps, a local human service agency with over 100 years of experience, is immediately hiring compassionate staff to work with adults with disabilities in a residential home setting in Butler, PA - Summit Township.

Direct Support Aides (Caregivers) assist individuals with daily living skills and home care, including cooking, cleaning, shopping, personal care, medication administration, and goal setting.

Lifesteps offers steady, full-time hours! Available shifts include: Daylight 7 am to 3 pm, Evenings 3 pm to 11 pm, or Overnight 11 pm to 7 am.

Part-time hours are also available with flexible scheduling. No experience is necessary; paid training is provided. Experienced home health aides, direct care workers, and direct support professionals are welcome.

Position Requirements:

• 18 years or older
• Ability to lift up to 200 lbs. with assistance
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances
