As a caregiver, you will:

1. Establish effective relationships with residents, families, and staff
2. Assist residents with life skills and activities based on their profiles
3. Implement care plans focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and routines
4. Incorporate multi-sensory experiences into daily activities
5. Collaborate with the wellness team to meet residents’ needs promptly
6. Demonstrate organizational and time management skills
7. Promote Cascade Living’s mission, values, and beliefs

We have NOC shift opportunities and require working Sundays. We seek caring, compassionate, open-minded individuals who want to make a difference. We offer mentoring and training for suitable candidates.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00/hour, depending on experience.

Type: Full-Time, Swing Shift (weekends required)
