Job summary

Homewatch CareGivers of Brownsburg is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients at home with daily activities and safety. You will provide companionship, assist with mobility, plan and prepare meals, and help manage medications as needed.

The role emphasizes flexible hours, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive franchise network. A valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance are preferred, with a commitment to high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver in home care setting or skilled facility.
• Assist clients with daily activities in a safe manner.
• Able to function with minimal supervision while maintaining a professional relationship with the client.
• Maintain skills and learn on an ongoing basis, as well as adhere to agency policies.
• Must pass background check, Department of Motor Vehicle checks, as well as TB test.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Dependable and professional
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
