Job summary

Sevita is seeking caregivers for REM Community Services in Minnesota. Full-time and part-time roles provide meaningful work supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in community settings.

You’ll help participants grow, learn, and live well while building trusted relationships with the people you serve. We offer competitive pay, a full benefits package for full-time staff, PTO and holiday pay, and opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care or care coordination preferred.
• High school diploma not required.
• Excellent communication, adaptability and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with daily living, budgeting, exercise and nutrition.
• Develop real, meaningful relationships with individuals served.
• Support participation in community activities and goals.
