Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Bloomingdale, IL is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands-on support for residents and assist with daily activities. You will follow individualized service plans, promote safety and dignity, and engage residents through conversation and activities.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss

Pay Range:

15.50 - 19.40
