Job summary

HomeWell Care Services MA156 is seeking caring, reliable caregivers to provide compassionate in-home, non-medical support to seniors and individuals with disabilities across South Maine, New Hampshire, and North Shore Massachusetts.

Caregivers assist with ADLs, offer companionship, and follow individualized plans in clients’ homes. Orientation is held in Amesbury, MA, is paid, and mileage is reimbursed at $0.77 per mile round trip during onboarding.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience in home care, assisted living, hospital, or family care.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and insurance when needed.
• Certification or formal caregiver training is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one non-medical care in clients’ homes.
• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
• Offer companionship and emotional support through conversation and engagement.
• Follow individualized care plans and agency protocols.

Work Location (Important)

Caregivers are assigned to multiple client homes, not a single fixed workplace. You may support multiple clients in different homes depending on your availability and location preference.

You may work within the following service areas:

• South Maine


• New Hampshire


• North Shore Massachusetts

Additional Requirements (Please Read)

• New hires are required to attend in-person orientation in Amesbury, MA as part of onboarding.


• Orientation hours are paid, and mileage reimbursement is provided at $0.77 per mile (round trip)

Scheduling note

We are actively hiring for upcoming and newly assigned client cases. Some schedules may be confirmed after onboarding based on client needs. After orientation, caregivers may also be offered open or fill-in shifts based on availability, which may vary by day and location.
