Job summary

Senior Helpers in Massachusetts seeks compassionate caregivers to support clients with daily living, meal prep, and engaging activities. You will build relationships through fun conversations, assist with walking, dressing, and errands, and report progress on physical and mental well-being.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, community involvement, and opportunities for growth while delivering quality care that helps clients maintain independence and enjoy a higher quality of life.

• Report what activities were completed with your clients and provide updates on your clients’ physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior.
