Job summary

Senior Helpers - High Point, NC is seeking a compassionate, dedicated home caregiver to join our part‑time team. You’ll support seniors with daily living activities, provide companionship, and help maintain independence in the comfort of their own homes.

Flexible schedules and a chance to make a meaningful impact, with potential 3rd shift coverage. CNA/PCA/HHA license preferred; a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience required.
• 3rd shift availability is a plus.
• CNA, PCA, or HHA license preferred.
• Willing to travel to Guilford, Davidson, Randolph and Montgomery Counties.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Offer companionship and emotional support to our clients
• Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) including housekeeping, errands, eating, walking, bathing, toileting, dressing, and more as needed
• Collaborate with the client’s care team to provide updates and report any important health changes
• Ensure that each client’s care needs are met with compassion and professionalism

Key Qualifications:

• This position is Part Time
• Previous experience incaregiving required
• 3rd shift availability is a plus
• CNA, PCA, or HHA license (current or previous license) Preferred
• Genuine desire to assist others and improve their quality of life
• Compassionate, patient, and understanding of the needs of seniors
• Monday - Sunday 7am - 7pm availability is a plus
• 3rd shiftavailability a plus
• Willingness to do on‑call shifts to cover unexpected call‑outs
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus
• Clean background check required
• Health Insurance is provided (including Dental and Vision)
